New Horizons Technologies Group offers managed and semi-managed servers. When you use our servers you will not have the burden of purchasing hardware or software ever again. We also can provide the workstations, laptops and any other equipment, with no purchase required. Our managed servers located in our secure data centers have all the software needed for basic business operation. For each individual client we will install any specialty software that they provide. The servers are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are backed up to an identical server daily. Our semi-managed servers are setup at your location and connected to our data center via our secure VPN. These servers are also monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are backed up to an identical server daily. There is no need for a System Administrator or Network Administrator or even a basic IT employee; we are your IT department and will respond as needed. With the high cost of commuting to the office some employers are using our systems to cut their employees work week down to four days and allowing them to work from home. This saves the employee money and acts as another benefit from the employer to the employee.

You have an office that has severely outdated and slow computers, you also are bad at regularly backing up, what do you do? You call us, order a managed server with the installation of your accounting software and 4 workstations, with the exception of a setup fee and a monthly service fee you have no other costs, ever. We setup, monitor, maintain and backup. When its time to upgrade you do not purchase a thing we will take care of it.

New Horizons Technologies Group offers remote data backup. Our remote data backup is different than most because we believe that this should be done by a real human being and not automated. We have two options available. A secured login for our clients that allows them to log in daily, weekly or monthly and backup their own data from their location to one of our secure data servers. Also we offer a managed backup, one of our data techs will log in to our clients office and backup their data and perform basic maintenance for them at the same time.
